i. Gary Gilmour, a former all-round cricketer of Australia died on 10 June 2014 in Sydney. He died at the age of 62 after battling with health problems for many years.

FIFA World Cup: All eyes on Spain vs Netherlands match today

i. The wholesale price index-based inflation for May came in at 6.01 per cent, higher than 5.2 per cent in the previous month.

iii. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has moved away from WPI inflation to consumer price index (CPI) inflation as the main anchor for monetary policy.
